Are Endangered Animals / Plants on the Project Site ?

Has a qualified professional biologist investigated or surveyed the project site yet for possible presence of endangered animals or endangered plants? If so, what was their findings. If not... WHY NOT? Such information could be a powerful tool in opposing this outrageous project. We ought to find out what the process is to obtain a qualified individual to conduct a valid survey of the project site immediately for discovery of possible endangered animals and plants (that is, if one hasn't already been conducted). Does anyone here know details about this important procedure?

Hi John,

Others have asked similar critical questions regarding the environmental qualities of the site. In an attempt to address these
issues, members of STB requested that the Conservation Commission provide that input to the review process through the ZBA
earlier this week.

The CC was asked to advise the ZBA ahead of their next meeting scheduled for 8/23. Public attendance might help encourage
the ZBA to follow through on these and other concerns.

The developer is seeking an environment waiver from the ZBA. The STB group is requesting that the ZBA deny this request and
complete all appropriate studies.
